Had a great experience with the owner, Plamen’s!  I have a home warranty program and they sent him out to fix my ice maker, he arrived the same day I called the warranty company WOW! He was respectful, kind, answered all my questions, parts needed to be ordered. He text me when the parts came in (less than a week). He called scheduled an appointment, texted me when he was on his way, was timely and fix my ice maker all in a weeks time!! I would highly recommend Revolff appliance repair. He even took the time to look into other appliances I was having issues with and gave me great advise. Glad to know there are fine and decent company out there who look out for our interest instead of theirs. Will call again if I need an appliance repair. Revolff is the BEST!!!!

This company is amazing. I called my home warranty and they sent me a different company at first to come check out my oven door. The guy was there  for less than 2 minutes took down the model number and left. Come to find out after I called the home warranty to check the status that my claim was denied bc the first company said I broke the oven door! Are you kidding me! So I told my home warranty to send a different company and they sent Revolff appliances. The was guy who’s the owner was great from the start. He Came by and spent almost an hr and half checking out the oven and recommend to the home warranty they fix the door bc we didn’t break it that it was wear and tear. I highly recommend Revolff appliance for all your needs. They are professional, honest and do great work. I’ll even use them regardless of the home warranty. They’ll have me as a customer for life. Keep up the great work guys.

I love this repair company! They’re professional, efficient, and most importantly they care about their customers. I get home repair services through my home warranty. Most of the other contractors they have assigned me don’t call back for appointments, give crazy appointment time windows (8am-12pm on a weekday!), and arrive early or later than the appointment time. I was assigned a different repair company to fix my microwave. That appliance company couldn’t get me an appointment for a week out. They made an appointment for me with a crazy time window on a Wednesday morning. They never called to confirm the appointment by speaking with me, nor did they ever answer calls during business hours. I requested my home warranty company reassign me to Revolff (after having a previous positive experience). The same day Revolff contacted me to come out next day. Happy to say my microwave is fixed and I also understand better how my home functions. Very happy customer!

Plamen, the senior technician, answered my call promptly on the first attempt. He set my appointment a few days ahead and confirmed with me ahead of time, and called ahead before his on time arrival. He proposed an inexpensive solution to resolving my ice maker that was not working. Plamen advised I order an inexpensive part on Amazon to help save me money. He advised the part and gave me instructions on how to replace. He also added that if I needed any assistance or if it didn’t remedy the problem, to call him back. Very friendly and professional! We needed our oven repaired and fridge. The manager came by on a Sunday and repaired the oven the following Saturday, when the part came in. He was honest and told us how to fix the fridge on our own. The oven repair was very fair priced! Definitely would recommend!!
